Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk Batter
  • 50 g Vegetable oil
  • 80 g Coconut pandan mixture (I used 10g Pandan extract + 70g coconut milk)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 g egg yolk (approx. 6 eggs since my whole egg without shells weigh 45g)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 65 g Top flour
  • Egg White Batter
  • 200 g egg white (approx. 7 eggs)
  • 70 g caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
