  • 4 (about 400g) skinless flathead fillets, bones removed
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp olive oil*
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, outer leaves removed
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 4  Lebanese wraps* 
  • 4 tbs light hummus
