Ingredients

  • Ingredients 250g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 150 g sultanas or raisins
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 6-7 small ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 500g peeled weight)
