Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 - 6 1/2 inch
  • 16 cm square tin
  • 50 gm superfine flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 35 ml corn oil
  • 50 ml orange juice [from 1-2 oranges]
  • Pour 1 and 1/2 cups water into baking tray, place baking rack on the tray and preheat oven at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes
  • Ingredients for Egg White Mixture
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 45 gm castor sugar
