  • 3 ripe bananas (250g peeled)
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil (coconut, macadamia or olive oil)
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (rice malt syrup, honey or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup milk (rice, almond or coconut)
  • 1 1/2 cups wholemeal spelt flour
  • 3 ts baking powder
  • 1 ts cinnamon
  • pinch salt
