  • 200 g Oreo Cookies (cream filling removed), crushed
  • 70 g butter
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 85 g flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4. Bake at
  • 35 minutes or until the cookie dough is dry to the touch and the batter is firm (does not jiggle when shaken slightly).
