Ingredients

  • litre full cream
  • 50 g plain organic yoghurt (or use 50g yoghurt from your previous batch)
  • 2 and a half hours for it
  • 2 until it comes back up to
  • 34-36 C and continue as below
  • 50 g of yoghurt to the bowl and cook for 2 minutes / 37C / Speed 2.5. Meanwhile boil at least 600ml water, which you will need to add to the Easiyo thermos container.
