  • 10 weeks by just adding living foods to my diet and cutting out the refined food
  • Base
  • 140 g cashews
  • 140 g shredded coconut
  • 60 medjool dates
  • 10 g coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Chocolate
  • 140 g cashews
  • 75 g coconut oil
  • 60 g raw honey
  • 45 g lemon juice
  • 30 g raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp water
  • pinch of salt
