  • 180 deg oven for about
  • 10 mins until they soften
  • 12 Ginger Nut biscuits
  • 125 gm cream cheese spread (or normal cream cheese, softened)
  • 125 ml cream, lightly whipped
  • 125 gm crushed pineapple
  • ½ tsp ground ginger or 1 tbs finely chopped crystallised ginger (optional)
