Ingredients

  • 30 Minutes Cooking time
  • 200 gm salmon fillets
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • 400 gm tin
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 long red chilli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of ground coriander
  • 1 cup of water
  • 50 gm of baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 a bunch
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 punnet of assorted cherry
  • 1 long green chilli
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1/2 a bunch
  • 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
