  • 150 ml room temp, full cream milk
  • 90 g full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 150 g white chocolate buttons
  • 300 g plain flour
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 yolks
  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 30 ml water
  • 450 g butter
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3 recipes of the cake
