  • 150 grams / (5 1/3 ounces) minced pork
  • 200 grams / (7 ounces) shortcrust pastry
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 400 grams / (14 ounces) potatoes
  • 1 medium ripe tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • Coriander (to taste)
  • 200 ml / (3/4 cup and 1 1/2 tablespoons) béchamel
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 75 grams / (2 2/3 ounces) grated cheese
