Ingredients

  • MACADAMIA ICE CREAM
  • 200 g macadamia nuts
  • 375 ml low fat milk
  • 375 ml cream
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar+
  • WATTLESEED & HONEY COOKIES OR CONES
  • 60 g butter, softened
  • 60 g Australian bush honey, warmed
  • 2/3 cup/ 80g plain flour
  • 2/3 cup/80g pure icing sugar
  • 2 egg whites*
  • 1 tablespoon wattleseed, softened in 30mls boiling water
