This salad uses washed potatoes which means that not only is it so much quicker to prepare (I really dislike peeling potatoes) but you keep all the healthy vitamins that you otherwise lose when you get rid of the skin

Add potatoes and use a rubber spatula to gently fold mixture until evenly coated with dressing. If desired, garnish top of salad with more chopped dill, diced green onions, slices of hard-boiled eggs, and a dusting of paprika

I love a good hearty salad that doesn't feel like a salad. You can pretty much do what you like with this one by adding your preferred salad ingredients
