Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • chopped
  • 2/3 cup
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 250 g pkt plain sweet biscuits
  • biscuits
  • 1/2 cup
  • 375 g pkt licorice allsorts, coarsely chopped
  • 200 g dark cooking chocolate
  • 30 g copha
  • 32 cm slice
  • 5. Add the crushed biscuits, chopped licorice allsorts and coconut.
  • 8. To make the chocolate topping, melt chocolate and coconut oil on 50 degrees Speed 2 for 3
