Ingredients

  • 500 ml beetroot juice
  • 250 ml all plain flour
  • 100 g beetroot
  • 55 g sugar
  • 5 g salt
  • 450 g flour
  • 120 g grated
  • 10 g milk powder
  • 7 g Yeast
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 120 g fresh
  • 1 cm cubes
  • 2 cups
  • 1 cm cubes
  • 2 tbsp Sherry
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp chicken stock
  • 3 tsp crushed
  • 1 tbsp dark soy
  • 1 tsp light soy
  • 2 tsp five spice powder
  • 125 ml water
  • dash of sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • FOR BREAD
  • FOR BUNS
  • 180 c for
  • 20 minutes or until well browned
  • 10 minutes before eating
