  • 800 g Potato
  • 3 cm pieces
  • 500 g water
  • 1 large egg plant
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large onion
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 40 g fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 red chillies
  • 12 curry leaves
  • 40 g coriander
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 6-12 chicken thighs
  • 200 g greek yoghurt
