  • 2 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
  • 1/2 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Spring onion, to garnish
