  • 100 gm self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300 gm ripe bananas, mashed
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 140 ml low fat natural yogurt
  • 30 gm chopped pecans
