Ingredients

  • 104-108 g without shells
  • 100 g sunflower kernels
  • 50 g flax seeds, grinded and sifted
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1 tea

  • 7 min until the mixture becomes pale and at least doubles in volume
  • 10 cm tin
  • 1 cm deep incision in the middle of the dough
  • 170 C for 55
  • 60 min. (I used 2 baking regimes
