Ingredients

  • 16 regular sized cupcakes
  • 160 g butter
  • 160 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 240 g self
  • 30 g cheese
  • powder
  • 120 ml fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 160 C between
  • 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean
