Ingredients

  • pastry cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • extra 50ml milk for corn starch
  • 20 g corn starch
  • 1 dessert spoon (5ml) Calvados (or other alcohol of your choice, optional)
  • 300 g regular whipping cream 35% fat, containing thickeners
  • 15 g icing sugar (20g if not using vanilla sugar)
  • 5 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla paste
