I’ve made it glutenfree and with raw sugar and it tastes just as good. Read the label to make sure your choc chips are glutenfree if you’re making them glutenfree

GlutenFree Chocolate Cake with Caramel FrostingCake Ingredients. This week while reading a few of my favourite blogs I was surprised to read that some these wonderful, talented women (who I look up to) were feeling a little down about their lack of 'hosting' skills
Bean is a chemical engineer, self-proclaimed nerd and fabulous gluten-free baker. I've been cooking more and more allergen-free food, so being assigned a blog where I didn't have to convert any recipes was wonderful
