Ingredients

  • 200 g cream
  • 300 g skim milk
  • 300 g whipping cream
  • 200 g low fat milk
  • 200 g block
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 25 g cacao
  • or cocoa
  • 7 minutes at 80deg Speed 3. Pour into a tin and place in freezer until almost set.Return to the thermomix and blend on Speed 4 for approximately 10
  • 300 g whipping cream
  • 200 g low fat milk
  • 100 g malted milk powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3-4 THE COOKIE chopped (or your preferred chocolate biscuit
  • 20 seconds Add in your cookie and mix on Speed 4 for 5 seconds.
