  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 60 g caster sugar
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g ground almond
  • 3. In another bowl whisk the egg whites till frothy. Add vinegar and half of the sugar. Continue beat till incorporate. Add in the 2nd portion of sugar and continue beat till stiff and peaked.
  • 6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
