Ingredients

  • 140 g brown onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 30 g fresh ginger
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 coriander root
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek
  • 50 g Ghee
  • 50 g tamarind puree
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 30 g chicken
  • 500 g fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6-8 chicken thighs (with bone in or out – your preference) see notes
  • 7 minutes at
  • 120 deg on Speed
  • 30 minutes Remove lid and bake for a further
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 30-40 minutes at
  • 100 deg Reverse Speed Soft
