Ingredients

  • 10 tin
  • 1 medium loaf
  • 210 g plain flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large free range eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 190 g sugar (1 cup)
  • 180 ml vegetable oil (3/4 cup, I use sunflower or rapeseed)
  • 140 g tinned pumpkin (3/4 cup)
  • 115 g raisins (3/4 cup)
