Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, roughly chopped
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 210 g milk of your choice
  • 270 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 180 degrees and line a
