  • 440 g can pie apricot
  • 12 tablespoons castor sugar
  • 11 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 140 g softened butter
  • 11/2 cup castor sugar, extra
  • 11 large egg
  • 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 11 cup self-raising flour
  • 1100 mls milk
  • 12 tablespoons sour cream or Greek style yoghurt
  • 1 Icing sugar, for dusting
