  • 150 g butter, softened
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Packham pear, peeled cored and coarsely chopped
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 ml cream
