Ingredients

  • 80 raw almonds
  • 100 g good quality dark chocolate
  • 150 g organic dried prunes, pitted
  • 150 g organic dried dates, pitted
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g goji berries
  • 100 g sultanas
  • 100 g currants
  • 50 g rapadura (or sucanat)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 100 g Baileys or Kahlua
  • 1 organic orange
  • 3 tbsp
  • raw cacao
  • 3 large eggs
  • 150 g white spelt flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
  • 20 cm round or square cake pan
  • 4 individual tin
  • 10 cm square pans
