Ingredients

  • 100 g parmesan
  • 100 g cheddar
  • 4-6 chicken thighs
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 20 g oil
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 30 g TMX stock
  • 10-20 g smoked paprika
  • 100 g white wine
  • 100 g water
  • 30 g Worcestershire sauce
  • 300 g low fat cream
  • 40 g plain flour
  • 500 g pasta of choice
  • 7 for 10 seconds
  • 5 for 2 seconds
  • 10 minutes at 100deg on Reverse Speed
  • 14 minutes at 100deg on Reverse Soft Speed.Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  • 5 minutes at 100deg Reverse Soft Speed.Add to pasta along with half of the cheese mix and combine.
