  • 375 milk
  • 130 egg yolk
  • 10 ml white
  • 100 ml cream
  • 115 g dark chocolate
  • 395 g can
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 500 ml cold pure cream (35%)
  • 4 g flaky sea salt
  • 300 g oreo crumbs
  • 20 g dark cocoa
  • 4 g salt
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon
