Ingredients

  • 110 g ground almonds
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 90 g egg whites
  • 50 g cream and cook at 90 degrees on speed 2 for 90 seconds
  • 100 g white chocolate and mix on speed 2 for 2 minutes
