  • 55 mins Rich, super moist bitter sweet chocolate cake, laced with the sweetness of raspberries and covered in a creamy, not too sweet but decadent dark chocolate ganache
  • 12 Ingredients CHOCOLATE
  • 2 cups plain gluten free flour
  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 110 grams unsalted butter
  • cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 grams dairy free dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup lactose free cream
  • cream
  • 180 degrees Celcius
  • 20 second bursts, until very hot
  • 1 minute in my microwave
  • 10 minutes The lemon will curdle the milk and give you gorgeous fresh buttermilk
