I know I sucks when it comes to frosting and decorating a cake but nonetheless I will try to do the best I could to make the cake look good and for example this chocolatemudcake

Milk and white chocolate two-toned mudcakewithdarkchocolate fudge frosting. Sift sugar and gradually add to chocolate mixture while beating with an electric hand mixer
In my case, the 'new' was this chocolate cranberry layer cakewith a cranberry ganache icing. I surprised myself by choosing a chocolatecake, as I think of my cake tastes as more aligned with fruit and vanilla
The same goes for the DarkChocolateGanache. The Raw White Chocolate Cookie Dough is also gluten free but the organic white chocolate that I use does contain milk solids so it is not completely dairy free
Instead of white chocolateganache, I frosted the cakeswith vanilla flavoured Medallion canned frosting (given to me by my friend E) - it has a nice flavour and sets up quite firm, so it was perfect for these cakes
Given it is a sugar-free chocolate I chose to make an equally healthy and allergy-friendly cake. They are rich and intensely chocolate-y and when paired with the chocolateganache make a truly decadent dessert
Decorate withchocolate sprinkles. Put the other cake on top of that and top with the rest of the frosting, spread the frosting evenly over the top of the cake and down and around the sides
