  • 3 tbsp unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 30 ml heavy cream (I used cream)
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 57 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
