  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 medium Egg Yolk
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 15 g Flour
  • 45 g Peanut Butter
  • Cocoa Powder, for sprinkling
  • Vanilla Ice Cream, to serve
  • Berry and Passion Fruit Pavlova
