Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 600 ml thickened cream
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla paste
  • 250 g packet choc ripple biscuits
  • 1 tin of dark cherries
  • Cherry liqueur - optional
  •  
  • DRUNKEN FRUIT
  • 1 kg mixed fruit: raspberries, cherries, blueberries OR
  • apricots, pears, plums, peaches, and whatever else strikes your fancy
  • 500 ml grog: brandy, cognac, rum, good vodka or grappa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 50 ml water
