Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1/2 lb cooked
  • medium shells
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cups shredded
  • ½ cups sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons chopped
  • green onions
  • 2. While the ground beef is cooking, boil the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • 30 minutes or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese has melted
