Ingredients

  • 400 g of
  • 00 Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 25 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Light Olive Oil
  • 1000 g Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • 1 brown onion
  • 300-400 gram diced
  • mince
  • 5/6 just until it resembles mince
  • 10 g of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook the chicken for around
  • 2-3 minutes speed
  • 100 degrees. Add in
  • Cheese Sauce
  • of full cream milk
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g Softened butter
