  • 200 gm chicken breast
  • 200 gm sliced mushroom
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large lemon, juiced and zested
  • 150 gm cooking cream
  • 150 ml fresh milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
