Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 20 g fresh
  • 100 g fresh basil leaves
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cm pieces
  • 150 g Quinoa
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 2 limes
  • 125 g tenderstem broccoli cut into
  • 3 cm pieces
  • 15 minutes remove the quinoa from the heat, add the juice of
  • 1 lime
