Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 large celery
  • stalk chopped
  • 1 large carrot chopped
  • ½ zucchini
  • 100 g pear
  • led barley
  • 800 g water
  • 50 g chicken stock
  • 5 for 1 second
  • 5 for 3 seconds SET ASIDEAdd zucchini and chop on Speed 4 for 2 seconds

  • 5 for 4 seconds.Add vegetables into the onions and cook for 5 minutes at 100deg Reverse Soft Speed.Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes at 100deg Reverse Soft Speed.
