  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, to garnish
  • 1 tbsp toasted, chopped walnuts, to garnish
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, to garnish
  • Aish baladi or pita, for serving
