  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
