  • 1/2 c of rolled oats
  • 1/2 a grated carrot
  • 1 tbs of LSA or flax
  • 1 c of almond milk (or preference)
  • 1 tbs of mixed spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamon)
  • 1. Add all your ingredients except the pecans to a small pot and simmer on the stove until the oats thicken
