  • 250 g Homebrand raw sugar
  • cup
  • 6 small carrots or
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 1 tub Woolworths Select Cream Cheese
  • 3 cups Homebrand Icing Mixture
  • 4. Add in carrots and pecans and combine
  • 10 seconds on speed
  • 180 degrees oven for about
  • 40-50 minutes until a knife comes out clean
