  • 300 g carrots
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 200 g cup

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • ½ icing sugar
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 175 degrees if using fan forced
  • mix
  • 20 seconds Add the dry ingredients and mix on Speed
  • 10 seconds Add the carrot, pecans and pineapple and mix on Reverse Speed
