Ingredients

  • 215 g caster sugar
  • 10 large egg yolks
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 600 ml fresh thickened cream
  • 2 teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 150 C for a fan
  • 175 C for a conventional oven
